• Delayed payments may result in service suspension.
4. No Guarantee of Results
While we implement data-driven and performance-focused strategies, we do not guarantee specific results such as fixed sales, leads, or revenue amounts, as outcomes depend on multiple external factors.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Approve creatives and strategies in a timely manner
• Maintain compliance with advertising platform policies
• Ensure their products/services comply with legal regulations
6. Intellectual Property
All creative assets, strategies, and marketing materials developed by Digital Ads Mall remain the property of the client after full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio for marketing purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
Digital Ads Mall shall not be liable for:
• Platform account suspensions due to policy violations
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Technical issues beyond our control
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with prior written notice. Any outstanding dues must be cleared before termination.
